The staff does not know enough at times. I've always had SOMETHING go wrong on my transactions. Like they gave me a balance print on an account that wasn't mine, i was just depositing money into it. It's not that big a deal with that account between myself and that person but what if this happened to others that didn't want somebody to see their account balance.? Customer service isn't always friendly.
